DESCRIPTION:Shooting Arrows for Prize Money March 3 at Outpost Range\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShooting Arrows for Prize Money! \n5 Nights Archery League at Outpost Range \nStarting March 3 from 6 to 8 pm \n1st Place is $100 cash and bragging rights. \n2nd Place is $40 cash. \n-Youth prizes are done on individual basis. \n-minimum of 4 weeks scoring for prizes. \nDates: Starting March 3\, 10\, 17\, 25 and the 31st final. \nTimes: Thursday Nights 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The 25th is on a Friday. \nWho: Any person with little prior archery experience and up. \nLocation: Held at Outpost Range Indoor Archery Range. \n-2930 South Cauthen Pt. Lecanto\, Fl. 34461. \nParticipants: A maximum of 28 shooters. \nAge: 8 Youth to Adult. \nFee: $40.00 one-time fee per person to join the league competition. \nEquipment:  Bring your own or rent with minimum of 5 arrows and have an Outpost Range Card. \nDivisions: Open Class to any style Archery. Divisions Grouped: Youth 8- 17 and Adult 18 up. \nDistance: 18 meters\, optional 9 meters for young youth. \nScoring: Shooter is scored out of a possible 300 points and possible 30 x’s. \n-scoring maybe posted online and in the range for public viewing. \nRSVP with Vinny at the Pro Shop.

DESCRIPTION:March 5th Rifle Fun Shoot \nKnow Your Limits! \nDouble Match Double prize Money! \nFirst Match is .22 KYL at 50 yards \n1st Place is $100 cash and bragging rights. \n2nd Place is $20 cash. \ncheck-in at 10 AM. \nStart after safety briefing at 10:30 \nFinish at 1:00 \nThe cost of this Match Event – $20 \n__________________________ \nSecond Match is .223/556 KYL at 100 yards \n1st Place is $100 cash and bragging rights. \n2nd Place is $20 cash. \ncheck-in before 1 PM. \nStart after safety briefing by 1:30 \nFinish at 3:30 \nThe cost of this Match Event – $20 \nThis Fun Shoot is open to All skill levels even first timers. \nBring a Rifle and ammo for the match you want to shoot or shoot Both. \n  \nWhat is Know Your Limits (KYL) \nYou engage a KYL steel target by starting with the largest target first and shooting each subsequently smaller target gaining points for each target struck. You can stop at any target to keep the points you’ve earned. The catch is that if you miss\, you lose all your points. To get as many points as possible you need- to know your limits. \nThe know your limits drill (KYL) is a great way to practice your marksmanship skills. \nTarget consist of 7 targets sized from bigger to smallest: 8/7/6/5/4/3/2″ \nRules \nThere are 7 targets in total. Hitting a target allows the shooter to progress to the next smaller target or opt out to keep his points. \nThe shooter can opt to stop at any time. If the shooter proceeds to the next target and takes the shot but misses he loses all of his points and is out of the match for that round with a score of zero\, hence the name “know your limits”. \nThe target stand is placed at 50 and 100 yards depending on the match. These matches are Open Division where shooters may fire from the prone\, sitting\, or bench positions using bipods\, sand bags and rear bags as rests. Iron sights\, red dot or optics are allowed- Basically shoot with the accessories you have and have Fun. \nTargets must be shot in order\, largest to smallest. Target must visibly “swing” to be counted as a hit (Range Officials decision is final). If a target is shot at and missed\, you lose all accumulated points for that set. If a target is shot out of order\, you lose all points for that set. You may stop at any time and keep all points earned for that set. If time runs out and you have not missed\, you keep your points for that set. \n•   A Match is 3 sets shot. Score for a match is the total from those 3 sets. \n•   Target point assignment: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 = 28 possible points per round \n•   There is a 3-minute time limit per set starting at the buzzer after load and make ready. \n•   NO COACHING – Shooter is responsible for hitting correct target\, doping wind\, etc. \n•   Scores are announced at the end of each match. A tie goes to a shoot-off. \nDon’t forget you could possibly win $100 at each Match = $200.
